Skip the trust falls. Bring your team to seven pro-grade racing simulators five minutes off the Turnpike, run a tournament with their names on the leaderboard, and watch the quietest person in accounting absolutely demolish the head of sales at Road Atlanta.
SKR Sim Racing Center hosts corporate team building and private group events for 3 to 30 or more people on seven full-motion racing simulators at 307 Derstine Ave, Lansdale, PA, 25 minutes north of Philadelphia. Packages run from $80 per person to a full-facility buyout from $5,000, catering is coordinated for you, and a week's notice is enough. How a team-building day runs.
Most team-building events feel like work disguised as fun. This is the opposite. Racing is the great equalizer; it doesn't matter who's senior, who's loud, or who's billing the most hours. It just matters who can find the limit and hold it there.
Bracketed tournaments turn co-workers into rivals or teammates. The shy hires, the new managers, the introverted engineers; everyone shows up differently when the engines start on the grid.
Steakhouses are forgettable. Putting a prospective client in a full motion rig at the Nürburgring Nordschleife is not. Build relationships in the only environment where everyone's smiling and nobody's checking their phone.
Run a recurring league for your team/company across 6, 8, or 10 weeks. Standings, podiums, trophies. We handle the production; you just show up and race.
SKR isn't just a row of simulators. The facility is built for events, racing, spectating, and gathering.
All seven full motion simulators in a dedicated racing space. Direct-drive wheels, hydraulic load-cell pedals, triple 43" displays, active belts, wind simulation, Dolby Digital 5.1 surround. Built like a real cockpit.
A separate lounge with a 100-inch display showing live races happening at SKR in spectator format with multi-camera angles. Non-driving guests stay engaged, and the bracket finals turn into watch parties.
Your group checks in at the front desk, and catering is set out in the lobby, away from the rigs, for the breaks between heats and the socials after.
Corporate event packages from $80 per person: six standard formats plus a full-facility buyout. Every event includes access to all SKR simulators and glove rental, pick the format that fits, then customize from there. Want a totally custom experience? Contact us today!
